Quick programming note: CJ Roberts on Nightline tonight! (in 20 minutes)

for those of you who don't visit ConfirmThem, I thought I'd inform you that Chief Justice John Roberts will be giving his first public interview since ascending to the high court TONIGHT, Monday 13 November, on ABC's "Nightline" program, at 11:35 pm Eastern. That is about 20 minutes from now.

this should be excellent
it was short, and mostly a puff piece, nothing new to those of us who follow these things, but good (they even managed to onclude a clip of Nan Aron that was gracious to the Chief, and non moonbatty!)
but the most surprising revelation was that Jack was NOT dancing during the announcement of his nomination, he was being Spiderman! I like the kid better and better, and reiterate that he should get the next opening on SCOTUS :P
Inside Edition is first. so another 30 minutes still. blah.
but I get to watch the end of the game at least.
