In this video, someone purporting to be the famed Glenn Greenwald, though it is hard to tell, pries himself free from his Brazilian cabana boy long enough to lecture Petraeus and the rest of us on honesty.

One has to be as amused by the utter lack of irony in this proclamation as one is by the gobsmacking chutzpah.

better than Gen. Petraeus.

Just don't get the Greenwalds started on the subject of masculinity.

"No compromise with the main purpose, no peace till victory, no pact with unrepentant wrong." - Winston Churchill

if he thinks they have a perfectly thriving, yummy market economy and are just worried about mistakes by the US.

You would never guess that Brazil has currency crises and mind-boggling social justice issues.

Crime and gang problems are enormous. Kidnappings and violence reach the most affluent sections of society. One business is certainly booming - private security.

Oh, well. Lefties lead a charmed life wherever they go.
